1. Parking Fees

If there is no free parking guaranteed at your function's location, the trio will charge for parking, in advance.

2. Oakes Garden Theatre

Any wedding at Oakes Garden in Niagara Falls will automatically be charged the "Full Mass" rate.

3. Travel Fees

Weddings outside the Niagara Region will have a small travel fee added to the base fee.

4. Substitutions of Musicians

Andrée, Sandra and Gail are all busy free-lance musicians. There may be times when core musicians are already booked. Arabesque Trio reserves the right to substitute one or more of its principal players. The Trio only hires professional musicians as replacements.

Unless the substitution arises from some type of emergency, we will make every effort to let you know if a replacement musician will be performing on your special day.
